Individual Health Department:
Beth Marcellus
As PIPAC’s Individual Health Director, Beth can answer questions dealing with individual health insurance. Beth handles agent questions and is a general problem solver. If you need to know why a claim wasn’t paid or why a client’s policy was canceled, Beth is the person to ask. She will screen your applications and make sure they are error free before she sends them in to the company. If you are a client looking for general information, answers or customer service, Beth will be there to help.

Nancy Huebner
Nancy assists with verifying applications and forwarding all health application to the insurance companies.  Nancy also can answer questions on general underwriting, customer service and is able to provide status on pending applications for both individual health and medicare supplements.

Jenny Cunningham
As the Licensing Coordinator, Jenny assists agents through the appointment process with the companies PIPAC represents. She coordinates the 50% cooperative advertising program for agents with Wellmark Blue Cross and Blue Shield. Jenny also will get you those FREE leads for people turning 65!

Group Health LIfe and DI Department

Greg "Nick" Nicoll
Nick oversees the entire Group Department and provides support where needed.  His primary function is to provide support to agents with small or large group needs.  He also plans and implements directions, strategies and procedures for meeting department goals, and serves as principal point of contract and liaison with internal and external customer/agents on all insurance sales and service functions.

Dave Finke, Assistant Controller
Dave is responsible for the commission statements and payment of commissions and answering any questions you may have about your commission statements.    Dave can also assist you with on-line statements and direct deposit of commission payments.   Dave also assists with general accounting functions, and completes internal analysis for process and system improvement.
