To access the HealthPartners UnityPoint Health certification, go to www.pipac.com/HPUPHcert. Either AHIP or PinPoint Global Medicare Training is required. You will not need to upload or transfer the AHIP or PinPoint Global certificate into the training site but you may need to submit a copy to HealthPartners UnityPoint Health should they request a copy.

Once you have logged in, you will click on the Iowa and Illinois Medicare Certification to begin training.

There are 3 modules that will need to be completed before you will have access to the Products Exam:

1. HealthPartners UnityPoint Health Medicare Certification Introduction
2. Medicare Certification Attestation
3. HealthPartners UnityPoint Health Medicare Products
4. HealthPartners UnityPoint Health Products Exam

You are allowed only 3 attempts and must have a passing score of 85%.
