Greg spent several years cold-calling on farmers who were Cappers Weekly and Wallace Farmer subscribers to sell cancer, accident and major medical policies. He became a pro at field underwriting many health conditions. More often than not, the local agent who had the account could only offer health insurance to one of the spouses due to the other’s health conditions, which resulted in losing both accounts. Greg decided he could better serve his clients’ needs by helping the local independent agent find the right health insurance for their clients. PIPAC was born. Professional Insurance Planners and Consultants (PIPAC) was founded in 1981 by Gregory A. Saul. Greg started out by himself working out of his home and over the years, the company has expanded to its present location at 1304 Technology Parkway, Cedar Falls, Iowa.
LeaAnn Saul is Vice President of PIPAC (Professional Insurance Planners and Consultants) Health & Life Brokerage Company. LeaAnn along with her husband Greg incorporated PIPAC in 1983 in Cedar Falls, Iowa. She is dedicated to developing the business strategy for the company, in addition to directing all marketing, operations and creative efforts. Part of LeaAnn’s passion is to instill “Positively Outrageous Service” in the organizational culture of the company.
LeaAnn’s drive, entrepreneurial spirit and leadership developed at an early age while working on the family farm and at her father’s manufacturing company. She is very involved in the community including current Cedar Falls Planning & Zoning Comimssioner, Chair of Republicans of Black Hawk County, past chair of Cedar Falls Community Main Street, past Chair of Alternatives Pregnancy Center and past board member of many other organizations. One of her passions is to lead others how to study the Bible using the inductive Bible study method using Precept Ministries study materials.
LeaAnn loves creating exciting and over the top events for others to enjoy and spending time with family and friends. LeaAnn’s pride and joy is creation of Holiday Hoopla downtown Cedar Falls. This is a month long of holiday events designed for families and children which brings people down to the heart of the city of Cedar Falls.
LeaAnn and Greg have four married children and 15 grandchildren.
Scott is committed to helping our agents grow and strengthen their portfolio and book of business by providing top-quality service and knowledge. He specializes in agent development, training, and education. In his role as a Vice President-Operations, he is constantly developing new relationships and conducting CE meetings and product presentations. He is also PIPAC’s operations manager and oversees day-to-day operations in the company.
Josie assists the Vice President-Operations, works on special projects for PIPAC, and coordinates company events. She provides support for the marketing staff and general agent needs assuring the highest level of quality customer service.
As PIPAC's Director of Sales and Marketing, Casey drives the sales and marketing efforts of the company through planning and executing initiatives for sales growth, developing marketing campaigns for recruiting, sales and education, and cultivating carrier and agent partner relationships to maximize sales potential.
As the PIPAC graphic designer, Matt creates digital and print assets for internal and external marketing using creative design and various graphic art software programs. This includes creating emails, landing pages, mailers, and other materials for various product and carrier-related communications.
Brianna is responsible for special projects for PIPAC and our Agents. She works alongside the Director of Sales and Marketing, various internal departments, agents, and third-party vendors to execute marketing initiatives.
As the Contracting and Licensing coordinator, Jenny will support agents with their licensing needs; from assisting with the appointment process, to submitting contracts, to receiving their individual producer numbers with the companies PIPAC represents.
Beth has an extensive knowledge of the individual health market working with top carriers and insurance agencies. Beth will assist independent agents with all levels of problem solving, inquiries, provider information and general insurance service. She is dedicated to providing “Positively Outrageous Service” to all of our agents.
Carol focuses on Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and Prescription Drug Plans, assisting agents from start to finish on application processes and client policy problems. She also assists agents with completing company specific certification.
Jennifer is dedicated to assisting agents with Major Medical health insurance. She will answer questions on general underwriting, customer service and is able to provide status on pending applications for both individual health and Medicare supplements.
As the head of the group department, Amber specializes in assisting independent agents with group health insurance renewals. She also brings new solutions to make the process more efficient for our agents. Amber is committed to helping our agents grow and strengthen their portfolio and book of business by providing top quality service and knowledge.
As PIPAC LIFE's Department Manager, Dave supervises the department's day-to-day operations and staff. He also analyzes the insurance industry for product changes and sales ideas so the agent has the best products for their clients. Dave provides agent training on our top selling carriers and products through meetings and webinars. He also provides agents with ideas and concepts to increase their blocks of business.
Jodi oversees all the accounting functions, including general accounting, payroll, cost accounting and commissions. She focuses on improving processes and procedures to achieve financial, operational, and business goals.

Marah is the frontline for getting your business submitted and put in force. She will ensure your applications and case paperwork are submitted accurately and timely.
