If you are an agent who is contracted with Aetna & Silverscript, certification for both carriers is done through the Aetna training site.

Once you access the website www.pipac.com/AetnaCert, you will need to log in using your NPN and existing password. If you are a new user you will click on create a new account and register.

Once you have logged in you will need to click “Continue Producer Registration”.
You will then click on “Find my NPN” and “Continue”.

After confirming your information you will then select the “Aetna Individual Medicare Certification”.

Then select “AHIP Medicare Training”. You will be directed to the AHIP training and exam if you have not yet taken it. If you have taken AHIP it will automatically indicate that it is completed.

You will then continue to take the following trainings and exams:

• Individual Core Requirements
• Individual Core Certification-Mastery
• Aetna Individual Medicare Attestations
• Aetna Individual Prescription Drug Plans (PDP)
• Aetna Individual MA/MAPD
• IndividualMedicare Producer Certification Survey

You are allowed only 3 attempts and must get a score of 90% to pass.
